Since its establishment in 1986, Jiangsu Hanguang Industrial Co., Ltd. has been committed to the research and development, production and sales of oil refining additives and plastic additives. It is the earliest high-tech enterprise in China to localize oil refining additives and plastic additives. The company currently has a holding company (Daqing Hanguang Industrial Co., Ltd.) and a wholly-owned subsidiary (Jiangsu Hanguang New Material Technology Co., Ltd.). Since 1994, it has been continuously awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Chemical Industry as the Top 100 Township Chemical enterprises in China, high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province, star enterprises in Jiangsu Province, civilized units in Jiangsu Province, advanced chemical enterprises in Jiangsu Province, enterprises honoring contracts and keeping promises in Jiangsu Province, and famous trademarks in Jiangsu Province. The company adopts modern management concept, people-oriented, and has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and other management system certification. As a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, the company has set up the engineering technology research and development centers of petrochemical auxiliaries in Jiangsu Province, Wuxi City and Yixing City, the National Thousand Talents Program expert workstation, and the Academician workstation of Jiangsu Province.The company has set up joint research and development laboratories with China Petrochemical Research Institute, Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian Institute of Physical Chemistry, Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Technology, Polymer Research Institute of Zhejiang University and Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology respectively. While upgrading the company's existing products, it has developed new products successively to lead the industry demand.

The company currently has the production capacity of 50,000 tons/year of plastic additives and 20,000 tons/year of refining additives. The company adopts the international advanced DCS control system, the production process is stable, and the product quality is consistent. There are 7 series of refining additives, more than 20 varieties, more than 200 product models of plastic additives, 27 national invention patents and utility model patents. 16 products have passed the identification of the provincial science and Technology Commission, and many products have won the national new products, China famous brand products, Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, Jiangsu Province Torch Plan project. The company has developed into one of the largest petrochemical additives production bases in China.

As a strategic cooperative supplier of state-owned petrochemical enterprises such as China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinopec, CNOOC, Shanxi Yanchang Petroleum, China Coal Group, Shanxi Coal Group, Shenhua Group, etc., the company has carried out specialized fixed-point customized production for them for many years, and also served domestic large private petrochemical enterprises such as Zhejiang Petrochemical, Hengli Petrochemical, Ningxia Baofeng Energy, and exported to the Middle East, Europe and other countries. With advanced technical level, stable product quality and comprehensive after-sales service, the company has been praised by customers.

Following the pace of domestic polyolefin production capacity increase in recent years, the company and Daqing Petrochemical jointly established Daqing Hanguang Industrial Co., LTD in August 2021, adding 50,000 tons of MTBE cracking method products, 50,000 tons of 2.4phenol / 2.6phenol products, and 50,000 tons of polyolefin antioxidant and compound additives. The production capacity of polyolefin antioxidant and compound additives of the company is further expanded, and the comprehensive supply guarantee capacity of the company is improved. At the same time, the cost advantages of Daqing petrochemical raw materials and public energy supply are utilized for improving the market competitiveness of the company.
