Antioxidant HG-1135 appearance is colorless or light yellow liquid, is 100% active liquid blocked phenol antioxidant, melting point <10℃, this product soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, methylene chloride, polyether polyol, insoluble in water, low volatility and excellent compatibility. This product is suitable for a variety of polymers with excellent performance of antioxidant. Especially suitable for polyurethane soft foam rubber board, which not only prevent polyol in the storage process to generate peroxide, but also can prevent the phenomenon of burning in the foaming process. Because of its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in polyurethane forced-air cooling processes. Meanwhile, it is also helpful to avoid fogging in automotive appliances and coloring of textiles (e.g., furniture, blankets, hats, etc.). The liquid fluidity of HG-1135 is very suitable for processing polymers made by main body in the state of liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melting. It can be added before or after the polymerization. Reference dosage: The general dosage is 0.1-0.5%

This product is packed in plastic drum, net weight 200kg. Other packaging methods can also be adopted according to customers’ requirements.

This product can be transported by general means of transportation, avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and light unloading during transportation, and have rain and snow protection measures.

This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse with a cushion to prevent moisture. Keep away from ignition, strong acids, bases and strong oxidants.

The storage period of the products shall be 12 months from the date of production under the transportation and storage conditions stipulated in this standard.
