Antioxidant HG-1024 is a white to light yellow crystalline powder, soluble in methanol and acetone, slightly soluble in chloroform and ethyl acetate, insoluble in water. The antioxidant HG-1024 plays a role in damaging metal copper during the processing of plastic products (i.e., deactivator). It is a particularly unique class 1 hindered phenol antioxidant, which is mainly applied in making cable material, and a stabilizer for long term use of polymers. Reference dosage: The general dosage is 0.1% ～0.5%.

The product is packed inside with polythene plastic bag and outside with brown paper bad or carton, with net weight of 25kg each, 1000kg/stock. Other packaging methods can also be adopted according to customers’ requirements.

This product can be transported by general means of transportation, avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and light unloading during transportation, and have rain and snow protection measures.

This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse with a cushion to prevent moisture. Keep away from ignition, strong acids, bases and strong oxidants.

The storage period of the products shall be 18 months from the date of production under the transportation and storage conditions stipulated in this standard.
