Performance advantages and applications

Antioxidant HG-330 is a high molecular weight polyhindered phenolic antioxidant with low volatility and chemically stable properties, which can be safely and effectively used in a variety of polymer applications. In addition to polyolefin, it is also successfully used in thermoplastic elastomers, engineering plastic blends and alloys, hot melt adhesives and viscosifiers and other fields. Its excellent strength and comprehensive stability greatly improve the characteristics of many polymers, so that they do not degrade during processing and can be used for a long time under harsh conditions. Stable processing under high temperature, good heat resistance, no pollution, no discoloration and low toxicity. White crystalline powder, soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water. Reference dosage: The general dosage is:0.05~0.3%.

Packaging

The product is packed inside with polythene plastic bag and outside with brown paper bad or carton, with net weight of 25kg each, 1000kg/stock. Other packaging methods can also be adopted according to customers’ requirements.

Transportation

This product can be transported by general means of transportation, avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and light unloading during transportation, and have rain and snow protection measures.

Storage

This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse with a cushion to prevent moisture. Keep away from ignition, strong acids, bases and strong oxidants.

Shelf Life

The storage period of the products shall be 24 months from the date of production under the transportation and storage conditions stipulated in this standard.
