Antioxidant HG-3114 is a type of multielement hindered phenol antioxidant, with the appearance of white crystalline powder, which is soluble in benzene, chloroform and other organic solvents, slightly soluble in ethanol and insoluble in water. It has good resistance to hot water and detergent extraction, low volatility and good compatibility with most polymers, and possesses excellent thermal stability and heat and oxidative aging resistance, with invariable color, no pollution, odor and taste, which is non-toxic and efficient. Antioxidant HG-3114 is a wide-ranging plastic additive with high efficiency, low toxicity, no pollution and invariable color. It can be added to plastic, rubber and other polymeric substances and polymer materials and make protected materials resist the damage caused by thermal oxidation. HG-3114 is the most outstanding representative of hindered phenol antioxidant, which has been widely used in polyolefin and plastic processing industry of China. Antioxidant HG-3114 can be applied in PE, PP, PE, ABS resin, polyurethane, PBT resin, PVC, polyester, polyformaldehyde, polyamide and diverse types of synthetic rubber and other polymer materials. It is also a high-quality antioxidant synthesized by various kinds of natural agents. Reference dosage: The general dosage is 0.05%-0.2%.

The product is packed inside with polythene plastic bag and outside with brown paper bad or carton, with net weight of 20kg each, 500kg/stock. Other packaging methods can also be adopted according to customers’ requirements.

This product can be transported by general means of transportation, avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and light unloading during transportation, and have rain and snow protection measures.

This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse with a cushion to prevent moisture. Keep away from ignition, strong acids, bases and strong oxidants.

The storage period of the products shall be 18 months from the date of production under the transportation and storage conditions stipulated in this standard.
