Antioxidant T501 also known as antioxidant BHT or antioxidant 264, it is one of the general phenolic antioxidants which widely used in polymer materials, petroleum products and food processing industries. This product is white crystalline solid, soluble in organic solvents, such as alcohol, ester, alkane and aromatic hydrocarbons, e.g., ethanol, butyl acetate, gasoline and toluene, and almost insoluble in water. This product is an excellent antioxidant for various lubricants, Secondary processed gasoline, paraffin and other mineral oils used in the petroleum industry. It is an antioxidant for polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS, resin, polyester and foam plastics. Especially suitable for food grade plastics and packaged food polymer materials and natural rubber, synthetic rubber of white or light color products, which can be used for cis-polybutadiene, styrene butadiene and other types of pollution-free rubber. Reference dosage: The general dosage is 0.1%-1%.

The product is packed inside with polythene plastic bag and outside with brown paper bad or carton, with net weight of 25kg each, 1000kg/stock. Other packaging methods can also be adopted according to customers’ requirements.

This product can be transported by general means of transportation, avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and light unloading during transportation, and have rain and snow protection measures.

This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse with a cushion to prevent moisture. Keep away from ignition, strong acids, bases and strong oxidants.

The storage period of the products shall be 12 months from the date of production under the transportation and storage conditions stipulated in this standard.
