Performance advantages and applications

Antioxidant HG-9228 is a new-type HM phosphite antioxidant  which has the highest molecular weight among all phosphite products at present. Thus, it has unparalleled thermal stability. Its primary features are high molecular weight and content of phosphorus, temperature and hydrolysis resistance and low volatility, with excellent stability for heat and hydrolysis. It can still effectively control the color and melt index after multiple extrusion. It can maintain high efficiency of heat-resistant oxidation in sole use. Even if it is exposed to humid environment, its excellent hydrolysis stability can still be maintained. It is especially suitable for providing excellent antiyellowing and high-temperature degradation protection during high-temperature processing and application and provides good color protection and melting stability. It is mainly used in polymers, such as engineering plastics, nylon, PVC, ABS, PMM and etc. Reference dosage: General dosage is 0.1~0.5%.

Packaging

The product is packed inside with polythene plastic bag and outside with brown paper bag or carton, with net weight of 25kg each, 1000kg/stock. Other packaging methods can also be adopted according to customers’ requirements.

Transportation

This product can be transported by general means of transportation, avoid sun and rain during transportation, light loading and light unloading during transportation, and have rain and snow protection measures.

Storage

This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse with a cushion to prevent moisture. Keep away from ignition, strong acids, bases and strong oxidants.

Shelf Life

The storage period of the products shall be 24 months from the date of production under the transportation and storage conditions stipulated in this standard.
